Just joined tonight. Have been reading the forums for the last few weeks (IBB) mainly. How about this one.

Rang tech support becaues of no connection ask for a number to complain to as this was the 4th time in six months one of which was 3 weeks latest one 9 days over xmas. tech said he would give me an email address that i could send my complaint to about no broadband connection he got upset because i lmao

na just laughed at him and asked him was he taking the piss. he was a bit upset at me for laughing at him. When it was dealth with by someone senior i got two months rebate so worth complaining
