Hey all. Ive been reading up on the threads for BT BB and im impressed with the info fellow members have given. Im using BT 3mb with the same problems as everyone else but it is still better than eircon!!!!!!

Can you please let us know in what way you're finding BT 3Mbps is better than Eircon?

You see BT buy the Eircon Bitstream product wholesale and then resell it, so in reality you never left Eircon you are just paying someone else for it.

I meant BT is better not the line. I prefer dealing with them instead of listening to the rambling goons eircom have answering there phones!

I remember when I was like 12, and going to phone boxes to call those freephone operatiors. Out of all of them, calling Telecom Eireann on 10 was the most fun as I recall. They were the only operators that would fight back. You call them dicks, they'll call you dicks. You say f**k, they say f**k. The operators from other countries would be like "Sorry sir, I have to go, have a nice day". But nope, not Telecom Eireann.

As childish as it was, even though I was only 12, goons isn't a harsh enough word for them!
