i found this site a few months ago i use it quite often for speed checks average
speed is 12kb, not bad considering I'm paying for broadband from ardmore technologies

Yup, use Ardmore too.Had lotsa problems at start but eventually sorted.Nice to deal with but this whole week my fastest speed was 82k. Not acceptable at 30 quid a month

hi mags I'm situated in the south. and i have no hair left i have been trying
to download an update for skype all weekend and still i cant cause broadband in Ballycotton is a no no.with ardmore technologies a shower of gangsters and that's all they are.

hi sparky 82k is alot more than i have if i run a speed test 50k up and 50k dn
but when i start to try and download it falls off with ardmore ripper offers

Sometimes my speeds are too slow to download the speedtest appelett, so I can't do a test at all.
