We have emailed you on at least three seperate occasions in regards to switching out current provider to yourself, and you have not answered once.
Seriously - not even a generic response. How indicative of your service is this ?
We are currently in Causeway, and have Permanet. We would like to switch to your 3mb home service.
Please can you let us know if you cover causeway (your site map shows it as covered), and how long it would take for you to install.
Also do you provide a static IP address ?
