Why do you not respond to emails ?

Dear KerryBroadBand,

We have emailed you on at least three seperate occasions in regards to switching out current provider to yourself, and you have not answered once.



Seriously - not even a generic response. How indicative of your service is this ?

We are currently in Causeway, and have Permanet. We would like to switch to your 3mb home service.

Please can you let us know if you cover causeway (your site map shows it as covered), and how long it would take for you to install.

Also do you provide a static IP address ?

Hi GFX,

We have checked all our emails from the last two weeks and I can not find any email relating to Causeway or a change of provider.

Our email is sales@kerrybroadband.ie and my direct email is dolanp@kerrybroadband.ie.
If you send an email to either of these I can assure you that we will respond within a few hours.
