Is there something wrong at KBB?

I havent had a service from KBB for three days now. Phone calls result in a lady speaking Spanish!

20/01/2008 21:26 504 kbps (62 KB/s) 39 kbps (5 KB/s) 23 % 44 ms 1129 ms

The normally good and often excellent service from KBB has been poor over the last 3 to 4 days. QoS of 20-64% and upload speeds <40kbps
