great customer service I live outside Tralee and, as I am unable to get broadband through my landline, subscribed to a 512/128 package from Kerry Broadband about 6 months ago. From the outset I found the connection to be very reliable, with very few outages and pretty consistent download speeds. However, about a month ago, the connection suddenly seized up, for no clear reason. I contacted their customer service about it and they made a house call to try to figure out what the problem was, free of charge. When they discovered that the signal was failing as a result of external interference, they changed my receiver for a more powerful one, again free of charge, and without an installation fee either. What's more, I was given 2 months credit on my bill, even though I had only been without the service for 2 weeks. Given that many people are having difficulties with broadband providers when it comes to customer service, I felt that it would only be right to highlight my positive experience.
I would recommend Kerry Broadband for anyone living in the North Kerry area. |
