Default Magnet in Malahide

Hi,

Does anyone know when Magnet are coming to Malahide
with the uncontended connection?

I live in a new estate in malahide where dishes&aerials are baned
and the private TV provider which call themselves ChoiceDigital charge me
€85per month for an analogue cable service.

Anyone know of any other alternative ways I could get TV??

Regards

exactly. lots of new estates are in similar situation. looks like developer and tv company made a pretty good deal 85 euro that's enough to share for both and there is no other way to avoid it. sometimes ireland is a bit funny

That's a bit mental!
So you pay a premium to buy a badly built house and you can't even put a small dish on it?

I've seen this before, put your Sky dish up and tell the management company to go fook themselves, I really hate this bullshizer...

It would be better if you were to hide the dish somehow.
It is allowed by planning law to put the dish up on the back of your house
However if it is on the front of the house it is a different matter.
If it was me AND if I had a south facing area to the back of my house I would put it up.
Also you could put up a smaller dish/temporary dish like the aldi/lidl 12v one.
Or just put it up in the backgarden on a tripod?
