Default Magnet Uncontended ADSL + 2 ???
Hi,
I recently signed up with Magnet for their 4Mb Downstream / 512k Upstream ADSL + 2 UNCONTENDED. In Dublin City Centre.
However when I contact them, they inform me that I have the 8MB Downstream / 1Mb Upstream, Happy Days, or so you would think, however when I do a speed test the speeds come out at

Download: 379kbps
Upload: 379kbps

Never any faster.
Now thats some difference!, has anyone experienced the same problems with Magnet, they claim that the line is also uncontended so there is no valid reason for the lack of speed.
I'm considering stopping my Direct Debit as I'm not receiving anything near the speeds I signed up to. Has anybody else been down this road?

turn the power off on your router/modem for about 1 min then turn it back on and see what speedtest result you get
