hi guys,
i have a magnet broadband at home (not sure which package is it, i believe it's 2mb) and i have problems with wireless connection; i see my wifi network on the list but when i try to connect it gives me either error message that password is incorrect (under windows) or just get stuck while acquiring IP address (under linux);
i have this problem on two laptops - one with intel pro wireless 1345 card (doesn't work neither on windows nor linux) and the other with prism 2.5 wavelan card (works fine under windows, doesn't work in linux); two other dell laptops (not sure about the wifi cards) work fine under windows xp;
password that i enter is obviously correct, wifi network uses WEP encryption; i thought maybe i try to mess arround with my telsey modem/router/gateway or whatever it actually is, but as i don't have a manual for it i was unable to get to configuration page and then i found this thread

do you have any idea how can i solve my problem? i didn't provide much information cause i'm at work now, but i'll try to post more when i get back home; i didn't call magnet customer support, as they'd probably just send someone, charge me for that and then say they don't support linux or some other bullsh*t;
