What is line rental fee?

I would like to sign up for the Magnet entertainment Intro package. But I see there is an additional line rental fee for 24euro. I am wondering if I would be charged 28 euro+24 euro= 52 euro per month instead of that 28 euro which is stated on their website? Thank you.

The line rental charge is always an extra charge ontop of what the actual cost of the broadband is. You have to add the 2 figures together to see what you will really be paying
