Default dont touch magnet

i had nothing but problems im only 1800 m from exchange
so bad was the service email sending always timed out
the upload was worse than dial up i moved from eircom
as soon as i switched my service went to crap after 2 years
of problem free with eircom with i have to admit .
i had to disconnect from magnet and order complete new
line to get reconnected at every stage magnet tried to stop
me switching back to eircom. by renabling my broadband
so eircom couldnt fit line nice try but eircom techie had seen this before
and got it resolved.
to top it off they are asking me to pay for months when i didnt have bb
so they can talk to my solicitor but ti be brief STAY THE HELL WAY

Default reply...

That sounds unbelievable.....why did you switch from eircom in first place if all was going well? You should take out a claim against them first in the small claims court if you have paid money down for broadband you never got.
