Netsource AT-AR250 router

anyone use the AT-AR250 broadband router from Netsource on an OSX Mac, through Airport Express?

i can't seem to get iChat AV to work with my iSight even after opening all the recommended ports using this doc and this one.

anyone have similar problems or solutions?
