Default Netsource upgrade modem settings

Got this from them a while ago:
"Please note that after the outage some USB based modems may have a problem re-establishing a connection. Please see www.netsource.ie/zyxel-630-fix.doc
for details of a configuration setting which rectifies the issue. Please note that this setting can be made before the network upgrade, and your service will be unaffected. Please accept our apologies for the outage – if you experience difficulties restoring your connection please contact Netsource support.
