NTL in Waterford City

Hi,

I've been in NTL hell since last Friday. Lost my broadband connection all day Friday and have had problems every day since.

Have been getting the run around from NTL customer services - first they do the "testing your modem" - seems fine, they they try the "reboot" nonsense. Saying there is no probelm in the area, must be with me, then they admit there is a problem in the area. Supposedly fixed each day, but problems come back.

Now, today, the modem keeps loosing connection intermittently. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
