 12MB NTL and 120 GB Transfer Limit
Hi all,
I've been with NTL for a couple of years now, based in Waterford City. I had been tracking the increased speeds info, and today called to ask was I eligible to have my speed increased. The sales guy Jim was very helpful, and told me I had been upgraded and I should see the increased speed within the hour.
The cost to upgrade from 6MB to 12MB was zero. I logged off, re-booted for some other reason, and my download speed was at 12MB pretty much instantly. I have to say, I have seen a dramatic positive change in the standards at NTL since the UPC takeover. Keep up the good work UPC.
