Default NTL Broadband Service

Hi All,

I would be grateful to read some views of the users of NTL Broadband on the North side of Dublin, particularly the Dublin 15 area.

Am currently with irish broadband and need to switch to another ISP if I am to keep my sanity.

I see NTL say they can provide a 3 Mb line and have a 17:1 ratio. Are they able to maintain a download speed reasonably near what they claim?

Many thanks to all who contribute.

Sincerely,

ESB 16

Hi ESB
I live in clonsilla i used to have IBB till i got rid of that load of crap
I now have ntl 3mb and find it great, i have it just over a month,
every time i test it, it is always 2.95mb down 288kb up.
The only bad thing is the upload speed,
I hope that helps you,
GET AWAY FROM IBB THEY ARE BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH
