ntl in d.16?

hi all,
i wont bore u with details of why but i'm thinking of gettin ntl 6mb and was wondering does any1 have it in the d.16 area.
what speeds do u actually get?
is upload consistant?
whats it like for online gaming and what r ping times like?

now i know there is alot of bad things been said about them but thats the case with all irish providers and i'm running of choices.
