Permanet Upload Speed

Has anyone any issues from the Knockanure mast with upload speeds the last few days?? I'm supposed to have half meg upload, only getting about 4kbps!!

I can see the Permanet Forum is VERY busy So hopefully get an answer

my upload speed is 485 kp but in last weeks they are doing work on network ?
when our we going get high speed broadband like in dublin or cork speed
of 12mg?????????
