Steer clear. That's the one I had. The reviews on the Netgear forums say it all. People all over the world are in agony over this router. Connections dropping left, right and center.
I'm assuming you're getting this from PC World? If so, consider instead the Linksys WAG354G Wireless (can be called the WGKPC354G pack), which usually comes with a free Laptop PCMIA card. It's the business. It won't let you down.
o.k. sound for that info..i had read a few bad things about the netgear, thought they might have sorted it by now..
Can ya tell me if the linksys is 360 compatible, can i connect a few different connections in and does it have an ADSL Socket, i ask because i bought a d-link before and it turned out it was only a router..I can't get much info on them sites

Hi BluthBanana
I got a Linksys WAG354G, it is a combination DSL modem and wireless router. It also has 4 ethernet connections if you prefer to hardwire your PC and Xbox360.

Ah good one. Can't believe I missed it. However, the price stated there with VAT is €58.49. PC World are saying different. They're pricing it at €49.97 including VAT.
