Absolutely - the last time I checked, they had only over 1000 subscribers to the broadband. And due to the massive capacity on each exchange due to low subscriber numbers at the moment, we won't really know how the system will handle if they manage to get all 30000 odd people they claim to have signed up. And although speed isn't an issue with Smart, a good few people have been suffering connection reliability issues.
IBB, on the other hand seem to be piling people on each base station, and don't forget also, that each base station has to handle in some cases, 2Mb each way per customer, Smart only have to handle 128k up and 2Mb down per customer.
