Order stuck somewhere

Hi

i'm living in cork and i have ordered smart broadband.

I have ordered a connection to smart 5 weeks ago from now and my order seem to be stuck at eircom exchange in wellington road for now 2 weeks.
It has been a pain to get smart telling me that was eircom and now i'm fihgting to get the number loged into eircom system to scream a bit.

did anyone of you expereinced this ?

if yes do you have a story?

it starting to piss me off the market of broadband in ireland is a joke the customer lack of care is obivious and there is no legal action taken againt eircom or anyone else, why ????

I can't belive it

i come back from my holiday and still no new from smart

i call them today and they told me that the situation hasn't change and i will have to wait until 3 weeks again.

i ask them if i will have a commercial gesture in order to compensate for the delay of 9 weeks now and they tell me that it is not their fault so they won't give me a cent.

anyone got story like this ? should i refer on to the comreg ?
