Cool Smart still at 6M/512K after Christmas

I was delighted to hear about Smart's free upgrade to 6MB/s download and 512KB/s for the Christmas holidays, but even a month after the offer was meant to end, I still have these same speeds: various tests show my speed to be at ~5.5MB/s with 514KB/s upload. I didnt upgrade to any faster package, and Smart's website mentions nothing about 6MB/s breoadband. I'm hardly complainig, but does anyone know whats going on?
