Help Sos Mayday Mayday

Is Anyone Else Having Problems Upgrading Their Firmware Chips For The Aoylynk Dr814 From Smart Telecom, ?? I Get As Far As "reboot Device" Then I Get A Info Bar Saying "page Not Available", It's Really Annoying, Other Than That I'm Ok And Cant Fault Smart (yet)... Any Advice Or Suggestions Im Only Happy To Here.. Regards
