Default 6Mb Upgrade ?!

When I first got connected to SMARTat 3Mb, on a good day I got
2.6-2.8Mb down.

Now that have a so-called 6mb connection, I'm getting a fairly constant
measured 2.1-2.2Mb. SMART are trying to tell me that that's as
much as my line quality will provide - ignoring that I've that I've previously measured up 2.8.
Two questions:
1) How do I get access to my historic speed test data ?
2) Any suggestions on how to approach this rather stubborn line
taken by their tech support, beside furnishing the aforementioned
data ?

BTW, the upload speed has definately improved - from about
246K to ~480k !

Thanks

If you've been testing on here for a while you should have the last X number of tests viewable. I can probably dig out older results from the database.. though it will require a bit of manual poking etc.,

I'd very much appreciate if you could did up the historic readings, as
they will provide the basis of my request of SMART to investigate a
line fault !

Best regards,

it is very possible that as the download in theory increases that the quality of your line will deteriorate to a speed lower than to that which you had previously. check out smart teleocom's support forums for others that have had the same problems.
