Smart 20K DL...30k UL Hello all since my return from my Christmas holidays my connection has gone from crap to crapper
It started like this, when the 6meg apology arrived I was only get 140/150k DL and about 30k UL, which I complained about on numerous occasions. They ran me though all the normal crap about 10 times until just before Christmas they sent out a technician, who I must say did not have a clue what he was doing, I even had to connect his laptop to the Internet for him because he could'nt even figure that out let alone the problem at hand, so anyway he said he would leave a full report with his supervisor on what I dont know all he did was change the telephone socket"wow" which did absolutely nothing apart from getting a nice new socket.
So any I come back from my holidays and find that my internet in worse 20k DL and 30k UL
So I phone them and ask what the story is with this crap and it started again, stupid will run you through a few thing, to which I replied this crap has been done before there was a technician at the house because of this and strangely enough they had no report of this technician at all, He says that he is going to get in touch with his supervisor and find out, anyway end result is that they are going to send out another technician"sometime this year wow"
What the hell am I supposed to do? I mean I work from home and cant live with trying to send over a 3mb file to somebody and it nearly all day
I'm going to phone them again right now and see wtfing story is with it |
