Old UTV Customers be aware of what you are paying at the moment

Hi All,
Please be aware of what you are paying to UTV.
I just wanted to let you know that I have noticed 3 months ago that they have changed their rates on their website. Surprise surprise I was still paying the old rate which of course was more expensive, so I rang them up and made a complain. I was told that they do not ammend their rates if price changes and that it was entirely up to me to regularly check their existing rates.
