Why on earth didn't UTV just send out a simple email to all it's online accounts subscribers with "The online account section is currently closed for essential maintenance. The site will be accessible again in time to view your next statement." as the content? Even BT, who I'm no longer with over billing problems, didn't treat it's customers like that. It takes a great deal to surprise me these days but your experience astounds me! At the very least they should have put their statement on the web page as a banner notice instead of hiding it away. But that would need some creative thinking! Hopefully they will be true to their 'excuse' and be back up soon.
