Default Whats up with UTV online account/billing?

Anyone having problems getting onto their UTV Clicksilver account online to view billing statements etc ...? The secure log on page seems to have been down for weeks or am I missing something ?

Thumbs up Problem accessing Clicksilver account online

Hi Rogue,
Have to ask, but have you reported the possible web page fault to Support? I'm not with UTV but something similar occurred to me accessing BT's accounts pages. It did take two emails to their Support but the fault was fixed.

Hi

Yes - I did report it to support well over 2 weeks ago. As far as I can see the fault is still there. Just wondered if other UTV users are experiencing issues. I dont believe I have had notification of my bill in a good while either though of course my account has been charged for usage. No general email from UTV to notify customers there is a problem with viewing billing although support did come back to say they are working on it when I contacted them.

Just think its a bit shoddy. You would imagine such a thing should be high priority since UTV dont issue paper billing unless you pay for it. Customers should be kept informed not the other way round i.e customers chasing support. Eventually found something buried deep in the Clicksilver website that says

"The online account section is currently closed for essential maintenance.
The site will be accessible again in time to view your next statement."

Hi,
Why on earth didn't UTV just send out a simple email to all it's online accounts subscribers with "The online account section is currently closed for essential maintenance. The site will be accessible again in time to view your next statement." as the content? Even BT, who I'm no longer with over billing problems, didn't treat it's customers like that. It takes a great deal to surprise me these days but your experience astounds me! At the very least they should have put their statement on the web page as a banner notice instead of hiding it away. But that would need some creative thinking! Hopefully they will be true to their 'excuse' and be back up soon.
