UTV quality in Dublin 15 ?

Hi everyone !

I saw the UTV offer and I really would like to take it but before I would like to check the quality of their services.

I live in Dublin 15, in the Rathborne Village, Ashtown... This is a cursed place where NTL can't provide bb :'( ..

So I would like to know if anyone who live in the same area can tell me about the speed and the quality of the line >.< !

Moreover, I would like to know If I have 14 days in order to cancel without any fee ...
