Default Lastmile

Hi,
I am a Lastmile customer and my connection keeps breaking down and it isnecessary for me to reboot the system one or twice a day. I have reported this matter numerous times to Lastmile and have been even asked by the teck support if it is windy outside. Now they wont even respond to my calls for support. I have a D-link DI-624+ router in the attic (they also suggested I bring this down to the computer - I assume convenient for rebooting) and would appreciate if somebody could helpfull suggestions and I dont mean a Solicitor.
Regards.

Sorry to hear about this. It strengthens the decision I made to avoid this
company. (Making a good choice for once!) Living in a truly rural area which Mighty Eircom doesn't care a hoot about - surprise surprise - Lastmile was one of the limited choices I had.
I called them, left messages, no replies. I texted, no text was ever answered. So I said - if they are this awful when I'm a POTENTIAL customer, how must they be to their regulars? Surely you work your arse off to sign up new accounts? Apparently that isn't their policy....
I went with Vodaphone wireless finally and in the weeks since I plugged it in I only needed tech info once, and they gave it to me instantly over the phone.
Am I sounding smug? I don't mean to.
But with this kind of luck, something is bound to break the run....
I hope you get a solution to your problem.
