does anyone know how to set up (Netopia wireless router )from eircom, want to use it with bt 1mb broadband, would there be a reduction in speed? i using ethernet cable with bt bb router,at the moment.

1. On the right hand side click on expert mode.
2. Click on yes enter expert mode
3. Click on configure
4. click on connection
5. In user name enter your Bt user name then put @btbb at the end of it.e.g. johnsmith@btbb
6.Then go down to enter password,enter your bt password
7.Go down to confirm password and re enter it
8.Click on save changes

I changed from eircom to bt and still have the same speeds wit my notopia modem,just got my first bill and dont know what it's for but it's way too much......
